Co-founder of Qorff Development, Q. Ladraa is a German-born, LA-based Marketing, Business Development and Creative Executive. Q has an expertise in a wide variety of categories including the entertainment, fashion, automotive, tech, and fast moving consumer goods sectors. 

He was one of the driving forces that helped build Ed Hardy into an international powerhouses and has cemented himself as an invaluable asset to some of the world’s most established brands, including Volkswagen, Adidas and Samsung. 

Q served as a judge on the TV show 'Germany's Next Top Model' alongside Heidi Klum. He co-founded Opinit, which was sold to Fundamental Application Corps in 2016, and Vallure Vodka, which was sold to a private investment firm in 2017. 

Q emphasizes relationship-building, creative ‘outside-of-the-box’ marketing strategies and corporate efficiency. He insists on operating with a strong sense of urgency and thrives in fast-paced environments. 


Co-founder of Qorff Development, Brandon Korff is a Boston-born, bi-coastal Media Executive and Investor. Brandon has expertise in a wide variety of categories including the media, entertainment, tech, and real-estate sectors.

He serves as a Board Member of National Amusements, which owns the Showcase Cinema and Cinema de Lux chains and is the majority shareholder of Viacom and CBS, owning assets that include Paramount Pictures, MTV Networks, Nickelodeon, Showtime, among others. He is a co-founder and a managing partner of Panoply Properties, a real estate investment and development firm that has made multiple high profile investments and collaborated with some of real estate’s biggest players.

He served as Director of New Media for multi-platinum recording artist Eminem's Shady Records and served as Director of Corporate Development at National Amusements, where he launched Showcase Live. 

Brandon also served as Director of Music and Artist Development at MTV Networks, where he played a crucial role in expanding their music content acquisitions business while also Producing the critically acclaimed documentary ‘The Electric Daisy Carnival Experience’.

Brandon previously advised Advancit Capital, an early stage investment company where he is currently an investor.

Brandon and his siblings have continued their family's long standing philanthropic tradition and, in 2005, formed the KBT Foundation.
